As a Senior Project Designer, will be an integral part of the collaborative design process across all project phases, contributing your expertise and guidance while ensuring attention to detail and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts: Interior Design or related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience, with hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit for precise drafting and modeling.
- Experience with SketchUp, including the Enscape plug-in, for immersive 3D visualization.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for creating captivating design presentations.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel, for document creation and organization.
- Ability to write detailed FF+E specifications with accuracy and clarity.
- NCIDQ certification is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support project requirements.
- Strong leadership skills, inspiring and guiding the team to success.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, ensuring efficient project execution.
