As they continue to expand their presence across the West Coast, we are seeking a talented individual to drive their sales growth and enhance their brand's reputation in this key market.
Position Overview: Reporting directly to the VP Executive Sales Director Americas, the West Coast Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving top-line development and profitability for our brand within the wholesale channel. Working closely with the CEO, Marketing Director, and Customer Service teams, you will be responsible for developing and managing our dealer network, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to assess growth potential and competitor landscape within West Coast territories.
- Identify and cultivate new business relationships to expand our dealer network and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement the brand's commercial strategy, including advertising investments, promotions, and pricing policies.
- Achieve annual revenue and profitability targets for the assigned area, while optimizing geographic presence and dealer performance.
- Provide training and support to dealer sales teams, including accompanying them on visits to key architects and interior designers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6-10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the high-end furniture/design industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software such as Catia, Solid Works, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Spanish and Italian languages is a plus.
Technical and Soft Skills:
- Demonstrated P&L and market analysis skills.
- Exceptional networking abilities with a track record of building and maintaining relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Interior design savvy with a passion for luxury furniture and design trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, while also being a team player.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the highest level of integrity.
