Are you a creative Interior Designer with a passion for turning visions into reality?
We seek a talented Interior Designer for our client to craft unique design plans, manage project budgets, source the perfect materials, and oversee every detail from concept to completion. If you're ready to lead projects, build strong client and vendor relationships, and bring exceptional designs to life.
Key Impact Areas
- Develop innovative and efficient design solutions and execute all phases of a project to meet project requirements and client expectations
- Lead all design efforts on a project, from programming and concept design through construction documentation
- Prepare conceptual design ideas, 2D and 3D presentation materials
- Participate in research, selection and specification of interior finishes, furniture, fixture, and equipment
- Work with multidisciplinary teams in design, documentation, and construction administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent
- NCIDQ certification, pursuing or currently certified, preferred
- 5-7 years of interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; 3d Rendering Skills
- Experience with all aspects of residential construction (new and renovation). Commercial construction knowledge a bonus.
- 3D rendering skills
- Design skills, space planning skills, and materials knowledge
- Strong client communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships
