We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Design Rendering Specialist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Sketchup and have experience with Enscape; while not required, familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop would be beneficial. A design degree is not mandatory, but a background in design and a basic understanding of design principles are essential. The primary responsibility of the Interior Design Rendering Specialist is to create 3D renderings of interior multi-family spaces for presentation purposes. The emphasis is on visual representation rather than detailed accuracy. This position offers opportunities for growth within the department.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D renderings of interior multi-family spaces using Sketchup and Enscape.
• Apply finishes and textures to represent design concepts accurately.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions into renderings to meet client expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to enhance rendering capabilities.
• Assist in the creation of presentation materials and visual aids for client meetings and marketing purposes.

• Associate/bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or related field is a plus (not mandatory).
• Prior experience in creating 3D renderings for interior spaces.
• Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Sketchup and Enscape.
• Proficiency in Sketchup is essential; experience with Enscape is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of design principles and interior space modeling.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality renderings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
