Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager |Â Atlanta, GA
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience with the ability to work on and oversee the development of a project in full, including all phases - knowledge of hospitality and multi-family project types
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, AutoCAD and Revit, and Sketch Up.Â
- Positive Attitude with skills and temperament to work on a team as a member or leader.
- Strong Design aesthetic and ability to convey design intent.
- Ability to Interface with Clients, Contractors, and Consultants
- Will be responsible for understanding and interpreting the goals of a project into an appropriate design, while meeting budget and schedule.
- Possible travel, as required for projects.
- Will attend scheduled presentations when necessary to communicate design intent to client and design team.
- Familiar with ADA compliance and commercial building codes.
- Work with the design team to develop a design based on project criteria, program, and budget.
- Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishing.
- Coordinate design documents with engineers and various consultants.
- Review submittals and RFI’s for compliance with design intent, specifications, and documents.
- Direct and review design documents for content and accuracy and coordination with consultants.
