Executive Assistant | Architecture & Interiors Firm
Location: New York City
We seek for our client a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support at the highest level. This role calls for a proactive professional with outstanding communication skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to discretion. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a trusted right hand to the principal, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role supporting a principal. Preferably in the architectural or design industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals.
- Proactive, independent, efficient, and easily motivated, willing to learn and advance skills as required.
- Professional demeanor, with a high level of integrity and reliability.
Compensation and Benefits
