We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our client’s growing team in their Dallas office. We are seeking to hire an Architectural Project Manager to join the team. We are looking for an Architectural Project Manager with specific experience in leading multi family architectural projects from initial planning through completion of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of multiple architectural and design projects, from project set-up through design, documentation, construction administration, and completion of construction
- Establish effective project work plans with attainable project objectives, ensuring that contract documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with applicable requirements and standards
- Collaborate with assigned project team members, including those based outside the Dallas area, providing leadership, technical and managerial supervision, and professional development
- Resolve complex design issues by providing innovative and practical techniques and methods
- Maintain and continue development of project standards and documentation practices.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through positive client interactions and delivery of high-quality projects
- Assist marketing efforts as liaison with marketing consultant
- Assist business development typically through participation and engagement with professional organizations
- Assist with social media engagement
- Travel up to 20%, as necessary
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited college
- 10+ Years of Experience
- Licensure and NCARB certification preferred
- Minimum ten years’ experience; prior project management experience in Multi-Family is preferred
- Technical proficiency in current versions of AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam Revu, and Microsoft Office is essential
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of AIA contract language
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of local building, zoning codes and ordinances, and Accessibility regulations
- Ability to maintain records and files and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, including resolution of code-related issues or construction-related issues.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of concrete and/or wood-frame construction
- Outstanding listening and writing skills, and a keen ability to translate complex concepts into concise language
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills to build relationships across the company and with our clients
