Business Development Representative – Commercial, Multi-Family
Remote working – based in the United States or ability to work Hybrid at HQ in Denver, CO
The Business Development Representative - Commercial Multi-Family is responsible for driving the sales, growth, and expansion of the firm’s multi-family portfolio. This position is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, creating and executing business development strategies that enhance the company’s market presence in the commercial real estate multi-family sector. The Business Development Representative of Commercial Multi-Family will work closely with the VP of BD to ensure alignment with business goals and revenue targets.Â

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, sales, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development with builders and developers focused on commercial, multifamily, and/or model home design
- Excellent ability to present and meet clients via video conferences (zoom software proficiency)
- Strong understanding of the full interior design process
- Strong client relations and relationship-building skills
- Experience with understanding architectural details and constructability
- Strong knowledge of multifamily design/construction methods and materials
- Ability to read builder plans and comprehend
- Ability to communicate designs verbally and written plus in presentations
- The Business Development Representative - Commercial Multi-Family is essential for driving growth and expanding the firm’s business in the multi-family commercial sector. This individual must be a strategic thinker with excellent sales and relationship-building skills.
