**Ability to travel to visit clients in Naples – role works remotely in the area as the company grows and expands**

We seek a client-focused Business Development Executive/Sales Manager for our client's established but growing team. Join a dynamic and rapidly growing company in Naples, FL, renowned for providing luxury products and services to clients across various Architectural and Design (A&D) verticals. They specialize in elevating spaces with premium solutions, setting the standard for elegance and sophistication in every project they undertake.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development efforts to expand the client base and revenue streams within Naples, FL, and surrounding areas.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry professionals to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the owner and other team members to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) and QuickBooks to manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and generate accurate estimates.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the luxury products or A&D industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn and adapt to CRM software (Salesforce) and Quickbooks.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to travel the territory and visit clients.
