Coordinator - Purchasing & Scheduling | Design Center
Feasterville, PA


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator – Purchasing & Scheduling to join a fast-paced and client-focused design studio specializing in high-end kitchen and bath projects. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure that materials are accurately purchased and delivered on time, and that project schedules run smoothly and efficiently.

This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-heavy environment, enjoys managing logistics and vendor relationships, and has a keen eye for accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing & Inventory Management
  • Create and manage accurate Purchase Orders based on job specification sheets.
  • Track all ordered materials and ensure timely delivery to meet project timelines.
  • Receive and inspect products upon arrival; manage any returns or replacements.
  • Maintain and update a detailed materials list for each project.
  • Monitor and replenish stock inventory and general office supplies as needed.

Scheduling & Project Coordination
  • Update and manage the master schedule for all installation projects.
  • Notify and coordinate subcontractors for upcoming jobs.
  • Track and manage service work orders and associated timelines.
  • Work with the project team to ensure all materials are in place before installation begins.

Client & Vendor Relations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure priority service and pricing.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to keep clients informed of scheduling updates and delivery timelines.
  • Support showroom visitors and clients as needed in the absence of design staff.

Office Support
  • Assist with answering phones and general front office duties as needed.
  • Occasionally support with greeting showroom guests and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, scheduling, or coordination—experience in the kitchen and bath or construction industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative and hold others accountable to deadlines (including internal teams).
  • Familiarity with the installation process of kitchen and bath projects is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and inventory systems.
  • Bonus: Social media or showroom experience, with a customer-friendly demeanor.
