Customer Experience Representative | Houston, TX

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-centric and personable Customer Experience Representative to join an established and growing renowned company. Bring your customer service experience to provide solutions and guide customers for an excellent company.

The Customer Experience Representative will play a key role in providing solutions and helping deliver a customer experience of excellence for the company. The Customer Experience Rep will interact directly with the customers and internal team to provide product and service information and solutions for customers. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the company’s products, grow your skillsets, provide a customer experience of excellence, and have an impact on the company’s engagement with customers. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively handles a high volume of inbound calls, chat and email/ZenDesk inquiries during scheduled shifts, as assigned.
  • Accurately processes quotes, orders and returns.
  • Follows through with customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve routine customer issues independently, escalating queries and concerns to managers, as appropriate.
  • Actively participates in training involving our products, systems and design.
  • Exhibits professionalism with customers, team members and all levels of leadership.

Qualifications
  • Associates Degree
  • 1-3 years’ previous experience in customer service
  • Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating CRM and Order Management systems
  • Experience in interior design, custom home building products, luxury home furnishings and/or lighting industry is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Must demonstrate maturity in judgement, commitment, dependability, and punctuality
  • Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication across all contact channels, including email, chat and phone
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, early mornings, late evenings.
