Design Sales Consultant | Middletown, RI
This is a lucrative opportunity for a Design Sales Consultant with experience in the kitchen & bath/interior design industry. Our client takes pride in meeting their customers’ demands reliably and efficiently. They are the largest H&P supply company in southeast Massachusetts, Connecticut & Rhode Island. As the Design Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through closing the deal and follow-up. You'll generate sales revenue by adhering to strategic account goals and upholding company values. As the Design Sales Consultant, you should have an outgoing personality, value customer service, be knowledgeable and service-oriented, and be determined to close sales while building lasting relationships with new and established customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Drive sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and GM
- Follow up on leads and generate new business
- Manage customers and sales from beginning to end of projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen/bath design experience
- Experience in decorative plumbing sales, tile sales, kitchen/bath sales, or interior design a plus
- Knowledgeable/experienced with design software
- Strong customer focus
- Results-driven and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Availability to work some Saturdays
Compensation Package
- Annual Base + Commissions + SPIFFs + Full Benefits Package
