Design Sales Consultant - Luxury Showroom | Brea, CA

With its innovative showrooms and custom merchandise, our consultants have expertise in design development that turns kitchen dreams into reality.

Working in a fast-paced kitchen design showroom, as the Design Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through closing the deal and follow up. You'll generate sales revenue, by adhering to strategic account goals and upholding company values. As the Showroom Sales, you must be able to work weekday and evening showroom hours and weekends on rotation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting showroom customers, assessing their needs, guiding their product selections, and successfully closing the sale
  • Providing customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability
  • Entering Sales Orders and Bids, expedite purchases, and maintain customer communication to ensure an accurate and timely order processing
  • Maintaining product literature files to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided to our customers
  • Meeting or exceed monthly required Gross Profit dollar targets
  • Keeping the showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed


  • Minimum 2 years of luxury retail sales and/or home good sales experience
  • Experience in decorative plumbing sales, tile sales, or interior design a plus
  • Strong customer focus
  • Results-driven
  • Computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors and customers

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual (Hourly) Salary + Commissions + SPIFFs  + Profit Sharing + Full Benefits Package
  • Guaranteed commissions for the first 6 months
  • Benefits Package - health, dental, 401K, Short/Long Term Disability, Paid Time off – Benefits selection after employed
