As the Design Sales Consultant, you'll spearhead the entire sales process, from sparking initial interest to sealing the deal and maintaining relationships post-sale. Your mission: drive revenue by aligning with strategic objectives and embodying our company ethos. We're seeking a dynamic individual with a penchant for customer-centricity, deep expertise, and a tenacious drive to close deals and forge enduring connections with new and loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell products to new and existing customers
- Providing showroom tours
- Manage a job from start to finish. Including measuring, designing, selling, and ordering.
- Manage your own projects
- Strive to hit agreed-upon sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Keeping up with industry trends and products
- 3+ years of luxury retail, customer service, home décor or renovation sales (decorative plumbing sales, tile sales, kitchen/bath sales; interior design a plus)
- Knowledgeable/experienced with design software; proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong customer focus
- Results-driven and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Professional phone/email etiquette.
- Self-motivated and possess the ability to complete tasks on time with little supervision.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Annual Salary + Commission Structure + Benefits Package
