- Collaborate with the Director of Events to plan and execute the company’s signature events, including conferences, panel discussions, and networking gatherings.
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners to manage contracts, timelines, and event details.
- Coordinate event logistics, such as registration, travel arrangements, and on-site setup.
- Support marketing and communications efforts to promote events and engage attendees.
- Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring events are executed within financial parameters.
- Build relationships with members and partners, serving as a key point of contact for event-related inquiries.
- Gather feedback and analyze event success to continuously enhance the experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field.
- You possess excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- You bring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- You are tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as CRM systems, event management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- You are proactive and resourceful, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- You have a passion for design and an understanding of its importance in shaping culture and innovation.
- You have a passport and are able to travel up to two to three times per year.
