We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer to join our client's Miami-based team.
As a leading design firm known for crafting classically modern and uniquely curated interior environments, we are seeking a confident design leader who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results. This is an opportunity to take projects from concept to completion while mentoring talent and helping shape inspiring, high-end interiors.

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects forward. You’ll lead design development, oversee documentation and installations, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are executed with precision and creativity.
This role requires both vision and execution;Â someone who can think conceptually while staying grounded in budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
- 5+ years of interior design experience
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Proficiency in CAD and relevant design software
- Strong budgeting and scheduling capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Leadership ability with experience mentoring junior staff
- High attention to detail and refined design sensibility
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when project demands require
