Senior Interior Designer | Philadelphia, PA
We are hiring on behalf of our client, an award-winning interior design firm based in Philadelphia, known for its thoughtful, research-driven approach and a diverse portfolio spanning historic restoration, new classical interiors, and contemporary work. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit, highly collaborative studio that values creativity, curiosity, and craftsmanship in equal measure.
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a key role in leading both residential and commercial projects, working closely with the principal and design team from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a confident, design-forward professional who thrives in a nimble environment and enjoys balancing creative vision with technical execution and client leadership.

Key Role Impacts
- Manage residential and commercial design projects in collaboration with the principal and creative team
- Develop and present compelling design concepts grounded in research and planning
- Design custom furniture, millwork, and bespoke interior elements
- Lead client interactions and presentations with confidence and clarity
- Prepare specifications, generate budgets, and oversee purchasing
- Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, general contractors, consultants, artisans, and fabricators
- Conduct space planning, site surveys, and oversee project execution from start to finish
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, SketchUp, and Revit
- Strong freehand drawing and sketching skills
- Excellent space planning and technical documentation abilities
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
- Social media savvy and comfort engaging with design content digitally
- Strong computer and organizational skills
