Our client’s prestigious high-end residential design firm seeks a talented and innovative Interior Designer to join their collaborative team. As a key player in their warm modern contemporary projects, ranging from 2,000 to 25,000 sq ft, you'll have the opportunity to create bespoke and custom-tailored spaces that reflect our clients' unique lifestyles and desires.
We're looking for a curious and trustworthy professional with 5-7 years of experience who can seamlessly propose design ideas and execute SketchUp models and CAD drawings with minimal supervision. If you're passionate about evolving your skills, improving processes, and taking ownership of your work in a transparent and innovative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity to make your mark on some of Miami's most exclusive residential spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Propose and develop innovative design concepts for high-end residential projects
- Create and execute detailed SketchUp models and CAD drawings with minimal oversight
- Manage vendor relationships, follow up on open tasks, and maintain accurate logs
- Contribute to improving studio processes and design strategies
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate responsibility for project outcomes
- 5-7 years of experience in high-end residential interior design
- Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD
- Strong portfolio demonstrating warm modern, contemporary design expertise
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys the creative process of interior design and is constantly seeking to evolve their skills
- Demonstrates curiosity about client lifestyles and translates that knowledge into tailored designs
- Thrives in a collaborative, innovative, and transparent work culture
- Shows initiative in improving processes and contributing to the studio's growth
