Senior Interior Designer | Model Home Interior Design
REMOTE ROLE – Candidate based in Atlanta Area with ability to commute to job sites and office when needed.

As a Senior Interior Designer specializing in Model Home Interior Design, you'll have the opportunity to craft authentic, soulful, and unique spaces that reflect the clients' vision and stories. The firm value relationships and understands that your unique perspective matters. As the Senior Interior Designer, you will oversee projects from concept to installation, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results. You will have key responsibilities include developing project concepts and design drawings in AutoCAD, managing budgets, and conducting frame walks. You will also be responsible for showroom visits to select furniture, art, window treatments, and accessories, ensuring every detail aligns with the project's vision.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design from an accredited university
- 5-7+ years of experience in Model Home interior design
- Design portfolio displaying design capabilities
- NCIDQ and ASID member are preferred but not required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit experience is a plus
- Experience with understanding of architectural details and constructability
- Strong knowledge of model home construction methods and materials
- Experience with budget management – understands how to allocate budget and appropriate use of vendors
- Ability to read builder plans and comprehend
- Ability to communicate designs verbally and written plus in presentations
- Strong client relations and relationship building skills
- Ability to travel to job sites and the office when needed
