We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our fun-loving yet hard-working team creating luxurious residential interiors. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and is eager to grow within a collaborative design studio.
In this role, you will support the Senior Designer and Principal throughout all phases of the design process—from concept through construction—while also working daily in Studio Designer to manage FF&E, proposals, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the entire design process, including drawings, for the Senior Designer
- Work daily in Studio Designer to create proposals, manage FF&E, and maintain accurate project records.
- Manage product entry into Studio Designer
- Support Senior Designers in preparing FF&E specifications, sourcing finishes, fixtures, and materials, and coordinating with vendors.
- Prepare and organize presentation materials for client meetings.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and team members to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
- Assist with site visits, installations, and punch lists as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
- 2–4 years of residential interior design experience preferred
- Proficiency in Studio Designer (required); experience with AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of FF&E specifications, finishes, fixtures, and materials
- Experience in residential design, kitchen and bath design, renovations, and construction project management
- Excellent visual, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
