Leader of Experience & Design Centers & Product Training
Location: Irvine, CA | Hybrid Working Style | 50% Travel (domestic and international)
Executive-Level Opportunity | Luxury Design Sector

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for creating customer-centric brand experiences at scale?

We are hiring for our client a Leader of Experience & Design Centers and Product Training to drive excellence across North America.

In this high-impact role, you will shape the future of showroom strategy, product training, and sales enablement, ensuring a cohesive, elevated experience across all consumer touchpoints. You’ll oversee a network of design centers, lead a dynamic cross-functional team, and guide strategic initiatives at the intersection of brand, sales, and innovation.

Key Strategical Areas

  • Lead the strategy and execution of Experience & Design Centers across North America

  • Build and implement immersive, best-in-class product training programs for sales and management teams

  • Champion a consistent and innovative customer experience in the luxury appliance space

  • Drive operational performance and sales across showrooms through strong CRM and ERP integration

  • Manage divisional budgeting, business planning, and forecasting (CAPEX/OPEX)

  • Collaborate with regional and global executive stakeholders

  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% (including occasional weekends)


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (required)

  • Master’s Degree (MBA or Marketing) (preferred)

  • 15+ years of sales, marketing, and showroom leadership experience

  • 10+ years managing people and leading large-scale projects

  • Proven executive management capability with strategic oversight across multiple markets

  • Strong communicator with powerful presentation and coaching skills

  • Experienced in divisional budgeting, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Technologically savvy with ERP and CRM system experience

  • Agile mindset and familiarity with hardware/ideology frameworks a plus

  • Luxury, household appliance, or design industry experience preferred

  • Valid driver's license in good standing
