Working Style: Remote - ability to visit office/project sites if needed
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and versatile Architect with strong coordination and development abilities to join a talented team working on commercial, Department of Defense, and residential projects.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in team coordination, project planning, and client relationship management. You'll apply your design expertise and technical skills to successfully guide projects from concept to completion. We provide comprehensive architectural and interior design services across a range of project types and complexities—while maintaining a fun, engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities

Lead project design and team coordination from concept to completion

Collaborate on conceptual designs, presentations, and design development

Oversee and contribute to the production of design and construction documents

Conduct client presentations and support ongoing client relationships

Partner with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success

Develop creative, practical solutions for complex design challenges

Mentor junior designers and support team growth

Create graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings (optional)

Assist in managing client expectations and consultant coordination

Engage in firm-wide initiatives, marketing efforts, and industry events

Collaborate across teams to elevate design quality and innovation
Qualifications
-
Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
-
Architectural licensure (NCARB preferred)

Strong understanding of building codes and life safety regulations

Proficiency in REVIT, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF/Bluebeam, and Enscape
-
Technical expertise in construction detailing
-
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
