Licensed Residential Architect
Job Description
Licensed Residential Architect
Los Angeles, CA | In-office | Full-time
Craft stunning buildings, elevate every home experience, and redefine architectural systems.
We’re hiring for our client — a pioneering global company transforming how the world designs and builds homes. This is an opportunity to bring your architectural expertise to a boundary-pushing environment where technology, design, and craftsmanship converge to create the future of living.
Our client is revolutionizing the home-building process — integrating advanced digital tools, automation, and high-end design to deliver luxury residences with unprecedented precision and quality. They’re seeking a Licensed Residential Architect to join their growing Los Angeles-based team and help lead the next chapter in redefining residential design.
The Role: As the Project Architect, you’ll lead the design and development of high-end luxury properties in Los Angeles and abroad. This is a hands-on, leadership role for a creative architect who thrives on design excellence, technical precision, and seeing ideas built beautifully.
You’ll guide every phase of the architectural process — from early concept and design development through documentation and construction — collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and senior leadership to bring bespoke residences to life.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Design Process – Drive projects from concept to completion, creating innovative and luxurious design solutions that reflect timeless quality and forward-thinking design.
- Oversee Documentation & Technical Accuracy – Produce and review detailed construction documents, ensuring alignment with local building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with leadership, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality are maintained through every stage.
- Manage Projects End-to-End – Oversee site analysis, design development, construction documentation, and administration with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain Quality & Integrity – Uphold the highest design and craftsmanship standards through active involvement during construction.
- Deliver on Time & Budget – Track budgets, schedules, and deliverables to meet project milestones and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Licensed Architect in California (active and in good standing)
- 7+ years of experience in high-end residential or luxury property design
- Proven expertise in concept design, detailing, and documentation for custom residences
- Proficiency in design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, etc.)
- Strong communication and leadership skills — able to manage client relationships and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control throughout design and construction
Why Join
This is more than an architectural role — it’s a chance to be part of a movement redefining how homes are designed, manufactured, and built. You’ll join a team that values creativity, innovation, and design excellence, while offering the rare opportunity to influence projects that merge architectural vision with advanced digital technology.
If you’re a licensed architect with a passion for high-end residential design and a desire to shape the future of home building, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and take the next step toward transforming design and construction for generations to come.
