The Outside Sales Representative is an ambitious and dynamic professional who enjoys relationship-building and driving sales for the company. The Outside Sales Representative will play a pivotal in driving growth and fostering relationships within the industry. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with architects, designers, contractors, and developers, showcasing the company’s extensive product range and providing tailored solutions to meet their project needs. With your keen eye for design and exceptional communication skills, you'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, offer expert advice, and ultimately drive sales. Your passion for innovation and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in positioning our products as the go-to choice for transformative projects. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, architecture, interior design, or related field preferred. Â
- Three to five years sales experience, preferably in the luxury architecture and design products (kitchen, bath, stone, hardware, lighting).
- Experience working with industry trade (architects, interior designers, builders, etc.)
- Excellent relationship building and client management skills
- The ability to read architectural plans is a plus.
- Excellent client service skills and people skills and enjoys building relationships.
- Effective communication skills
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and successful at prospecting for new accounts and growing strategic accounts.
- Detailed and excellent follow through
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel the territory and attend industry events (conferences, trade shows, association events, etc.)
