- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited architecture program
- 10-15+ years of experience in a professional architecture environment, preferably with 10+ years on mixed-use projects, experience in high-rise building projects is preferred
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, additional proficiency in Rhino, Sketchup, Enscape, AutoCAD, or other 3D modeling and rendering programs is desirable
- Knowledgeable of industry materials and systems, project design and detailing, and the preparation of construction documents and specifications
- Experienced in all phases and aspects of conventional architecture, including mixed-use developments
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, professional manner
- Ability to solve problems with attention to detail and a desire to learn
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Ability to provide feedback to team members through verbal conversations, annual performance reviews, and direct project feedback and redlines
