We are hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing, full-service national interior design firm known for delivering elevated, high-end residential and sorority spaces across the country. As their team continues to expand, they are seeking a highly organized and proactive Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to play a critical role in bringing each project to life.
This is an opportunity for someone who finds satisfaction in execution, in the details, in coordination, in follow-through. You will be at the center of the operations process, partnering closely with the design team and vendors to ensure every item is sourced, tracked, delivered, and installed with precision.
If you are detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrive in a collaborative environment where your work directly impacts the client experience, this role offers both challenge and growth.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or logistics experience
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working within structured systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed and assist with local sourcing (valid driver’s license required)
