**Hybrid working role – 3 days in office/2 days remotely**

This opportunity calls for a technically savvy, hands-on, and self-starting Project Manager that will manage the process from planning to the ultimate turnover to the client. This Project Manager will ensure the design and development plans are completed, interact with in-house and consultants on plans and specifications, conduct site visits, address on-site needs, provide cross-departmental assistance to ensure projects are on target, and more. This Project Manager opportunity allows a hybrid working style with travel to project sites as needed.
Job Functions
- Project Management & Planning Amenities including but not limited to sales offices & design centers, entry features, site structures, recreation facilities, and more.
- Conducting plan reviews of all related structures
- Working with Architecture and Consultants as needed to manage Site plans, Architectural plans, Designer/decorating drawings, M.E.P. plans, Cabinet shop drawings, and Signage
- Supporting the drafting start packages for all aspects of these amenities including color selections, material selections, system designs., etc.; Help with scopes of work and coordinate contract agreements with the Contracts department
- Work with company internal departments as well as out of house consultants
- Attend project update meetings
- Complete site visits
- Provide schedules and weekly updates
- Review and update internal budgets
- Research new ideas
- Review proposals
- Work with IT on facility orders
- Process payments via Planning PO log
- Review and manage Conditions of Approval for new projects
- Create Community Sales Manuals
- Assist in the creation on Marketing Assets with consultants, including animations and Renderings, 3D topo table, Signage and Logos, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, construction management, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience; industry experience in construction, developer planning, architecture, interior design, or purchasing/contracting
- Design and technical capabilities
- Strong project management skills with creativity and excellence attention to detail
- Ability to reach, interpret and understand architectural drawings
- Software skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), PDF viewers (Adobe, Nitro, Etc.), and DWF and WEG viewers; Skills in AutoCAD or SketchUp a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate among a wide variety of audiences
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable working in teams and participating in cross-functional teams towards a common goal
- Travel as necessary
