This opportunity as a Project Manager allows you to make an impact with a team of diverse, energetic, and talented professionals delivering projects that enrich the community through design excellence and expertise. The Project Manager will have a key role engaging directly with clients on various architectural design projects of varying scope and scale. As the Project manager you will actively manage budgets, schedules, programs, assignments, estimates, determine scopes, prepare proposals and more to ensure projects are delivered on time and scope. You will play an integral role in client satisfaction, project coordination, project efficiency and effectiveness to deliver design excellence for the firm.   • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in architecture or equivalent field of study
  • 8+ years of project management experience in the architecture and design industry; or relevant work experience on architectural design projects
  • Understanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA
  • Contract negotiations, billing, AR, performing close-out and archiving duties for Projects.
  • Understanding of or proficiency in Revit, Graphics Software (SketchUp and 3D Studio Max is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic
  • Build rapport and strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders; diplomatically facilitate consensus among multiple perspectives as a synthesizer and integrator of interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients
  • Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle stressful situations
  • Ability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with oversight.
