Regional Account Manager - Multifamily and Model Home Interior Design

REMOTE ROLE - Based in Florida

With design excellence in mind this full-service interior design firm specializes in multifamily interiors and model homes. Bring your design, client relations, and sales expertise to a great firm making an impact bringing in more projects.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an Interior Designer, Design Specialist, or Business Development minded individual to impact an award-winning firm and continue to grow their project pipeline for the talented team. 

The Regional Manager’s primary goal is to meet and exceed assigned goals for revenue and new clients. They are also responsible for managing client communication and expectations, project management, and internal paperwork along with facilitating design selection appointments, presentations and frame/trim walks for model clients and commercial projects. The Regional Manager is responsible for generating new business in addition to managing current clients.

These key areas encompass the main responsibilities of the Regional Manager role, focusing on driving business growth, managing projects effectively, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring quality and competitiveness, and facilitating clear communication across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, sales, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in multifamily and/or model home interior design with a record of winning projects in the sectors
  • Software knowledge and abilities with AutoCAD, project management/planning software (like Deltek and Bridgit), and other design related software
  • Excellent ability to present and meet with clients via video conferences (zoom software proficiency)
  • Strong understanding of the full interior design process
  • Strong client relations and relationship building skills
  • Experience with understanding architectural details and constructability
  • Strong knowledge of multifamily and model home design/construction methods and materials
  • Ability to read builder plans and comprehend
  • Ability to communicate designs verbally and written plus in presentations
  • Ability to travel to clients/job sites in Florida
