Regional Field Operations Director - Design & Textiles Industry
Territory: San Francisco
This role is REMOTE working in the territory - Must be able to travel the territory.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant in-home service management experience including scheduling, planning, routing, asset management, customer communication, and staff management
- Willing and able to travel +50% of the time
- Proven leadership ability and well-developed people management skills within high headcount and multi district organizations
- Elevated interpersonal and communication skills - must be able to effectively interface with all levels of the organization
- Customer-focused, high-energy approach to finding opportunities to improve execution
- Demonstrated operational leadership skills including ability to develop, implement and realize division goals and objectives
- Exercise good judgment with the ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, creativity, attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
- Possess a professional demeanor, and well-developed time management skills with a focus on providing a world-class customer experience
