As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our brand, acting as a trusted partner to clients, architects, and designers. You'll combine your passion for design with a strong business mindset to deliver results and create memorable experiences.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and trade professionals
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the store's client base
- Deliver an exceptional, high-touch luxury client experience from initial contact through project completion
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals
- Maintain showroom standards to reflect the excellence and heritage of the brand
- Host and support in-store events to engage the design community and drive traffic
- Actively grow and leverage a strong client portfolio through CRM tools and outreach
- Track leads, client interactions, and sales activities with accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with leadership to provide regular sales forecasts and business insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred)
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury furniture or high-end design
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community is a plus
- Passion for design, aesthetics, and luxury environments

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop, or 3D tools is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
