This is an opportunity to bring internationally proven technology to one of the most exciting golf markets in the world. If you are entrepreneurial, competitive, relationship-driven, and excited by the idea of building something from the ground up, this role offers the chance to make a real impact from day one.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead U.S. market expansion for an innovative golf technology company that has spent more than two decades transforming golf course operations through real-time data, player engagement tools, and operational intelligence.

As the first dedicated U.S. Sales Manager, you will have the autonomy to shape strategy, develop key partnerships, and create the foundation for future growth across Florida and beyond. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and want the opportunity to help define a brand in a rapidly growing market, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting golf clubs and management groups to closing and onboarding new clients across Florida and the broader U.S
  • Build and nurture relationships with General Managers, Directors of Golf, and ownership groups at private clubs, public courses, and resort properties
  • Represent On-Pin at industry events, trade shows, and golf conferences to grow brand presence in the U.S
  • Feed marketing intelligence back to our product and leadership teams to help shape how we evolve for the American market
  • Lay the foundation for a U.S. sales team – the processes, playbooks, and client base you build will become the blueprint
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Proven B2B sales track record, ideally hospitality, SaaS, or technology – but hunger and drive will always outweigh a perfect resume
  • A self-starter who thrives without a manager looking over their shoulder, and communicates proactively with a remote leadership team
  • Existing relationships within the Florida or U.S. golf industry are a significant advantage
  • Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers and building long-term commercial partnerships
  • Someone who genuinely wants to be part of building something, not just executing a script
