Senior Interior Designer | Commercial Interiors
Location: Helena, MT | Full-Time, In-office role

Senior Interior Designer's Key Responsibilities
- Drive client development through innovative strategies and creative outreach
- Lead commercial interior design projects from concept through completion
- Produce high-quality designs using Revit and CAD tools—this is a hands-on role
- Guide clients in defining design goals, selecting materials, and executing solutions
- Oversee installations and ensure design elements are executed to perfection
- Collaborate seamlessly with architects and other disciplines to deliver integrated results
- Mentor and support the development of junior design team members
- Champion a culture of innovation, professionalism, and exceptional client service
- Degree in Interior Design
- 5+ years of professional experience in a design or architecture environment
- NCIDQ Certification required
- Proficiency in Revit and the ability to manage personal design output
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role
- A desire to grow a department while balancing your own project work
- A self-starter mindset, driven to grow professionally and continuously improve
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to design
