Showroom Administrator | Feasterville, PA

We’re hiring a Showroom Sales & Support professional for our client to be the face of our showroom: guiding clients, supporting the sales team, and playing a pivotal role in keeping projects and operations on track. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of showroom sales experience and a proactive, collaborative spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom clients, providing expert product knowledge and design insight.
- Support and answer phone calls.
- Manage and vet lead opportunities, distribution to designers
- Support the sales process from consultation through to order placement and delivery coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate project timelines and client satisfaction
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
- Track project progress and support job costing and client updates via Buildertrend or similar platforms
- Aid with light marketing activities such as social media, post card mailers and help create our annual editorial.
- Handle small product sales ( Hardware, tile, flooring etc.)
- Assist with light drafting, specification, or visual aids if capable (Pro kitchen or 2020)
- 2+ years of showroom sales experience (interior design, home fixtures, or high-end retail a plus)
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional training in design or business is a bonus
- Proficiency in Word and Excel is required
- Familiarity with Canva, Buildertrend, or Photoshop is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A collaborative, positive attitude that thrives in a team-focused environment
- Detail-oriented with a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced showroom setting
- Naturally engaging with customers and team members alike
- Reliable, respectful, and solutions-focused
- Energized by helping others and seeing projects through to success
