The Showroom is open on Saturdays – the ability to work showroom hours is necessary

We’re hiring a Showroom Sales & Support professional for our client to be the face of our showroom: guiding clients, supporting the sales team, and playing a pivotal role in keeping projects and operations on track. This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of showroom sales experience and a proactive, collaborative spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom clients, providing expert product knowledge and design insight
- Support the sales process from consultation through to order placement and delivery coordination
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and product orders using QuickBooks and Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate project timelines and client satisfaction
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
- Assist with light drafting, specification, or visual aids if capable (AutoCAD, Photoshop preferred)
- Track project progress and support job costing and client updates via Buildertrend or similar platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of showroom sales experience (interior design, home fixtures, or high-end retail a plus)
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional training in design or business is a bonus
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is required
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Buildertrend, or Photoshop is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A collaborative, positive attitude that thrives in a team-focused environment
