About the Role
As Showroom Manager, you’ll be the face of the brand in the LA market—driving performance, enhancing the client experience, and leading a talented team. This role calls for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, a passion for premium home products, and the ability to deliver results. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support design professionals and retail clients, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional service and showcase the best of what we offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing showroom team
- Drive sales goals and elevate the client experience
- Curate an inspiring showroom environment that reflects the brand’s values
- Build and maintain relationships with designers, architects, builders, and homeowners
- Implement and manage daily operational procedures and merchandising
- Oversee marketing and website development
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and market opportunities
- Represent the brand at local design events and industry functions
- Responsible for increasing showroom sales and bringing in new products and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a showroom, retail, or sales management
- Industry knowledge in hardware, wood flooring, or plumbing fixtures
- Proven success leading sales teams and delivering revenue growth
- Strong visual merchandising and showroom presentation skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter with vision, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
