We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and marketing, as well as a proven track record of success in growing and engaging audiences. The Social Media and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy and content, as well as managing the website, coordinating PR efforts, and managing incoming leads and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, plan, create content and execute on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok, etc.) with intent to grow loyal following quickly
- Manage and update website.
- Write and publish a weekly blog post on website - synchronizing with social media to drive traffic to site.
- Plan and send out monthly newsletter.
- Coordinate PR efforts with leadership.
- Coordinate and manage project photoshoots.
- Coordinate client gifts at project milestones.
- Capture content of active projects and team members in action.
- Manage prospective leads.
- Positive, bubbly attitude that reflects in social media postings/strategies and boosts company culture.
- Ability to work alone with little overhead guidance and deliver on broader marketing goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Previous experience working at an Interior Design or Architecture firm preferred
- Expertise in social media platforms and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little overhead guidance
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Passion for social media and marketing
- Expertise in creating and executing on a competitive and forward-thinking marketing strategy and plan
