We seek a Store Manager for our client's showroom. As a Store Manager, your role is multi-faceted and pivotal in shaping the store's success. Your primary responsibility lies in nurturing and developing your team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration through clear communication and ongoing feedback. Exceptional customer service is non-negotiable; you'll lead by example, instilling a customer-focused mindset within your team to ensure every interaction exceeds expectations. - Team Management - As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the continued development of your team. Qualifications
- 3 years in a store manager role; 5 years overall in a leadership role
- Proficiency in Google Suite and the ability to learn inventory software
- Experienced in and Strong Team Management and Motivation Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn, develop and train others in technology/software the company uses
- Thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment
- Open to constructive feedback, and a desire to grow professionally & personally
- Resourceful in problem-solving and finding solutions
- Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and high attention to detail
- Personable, adaptable, and outgoing positive attitude
- Self-motivated, hard-working and reliable
