Vice President - Residential Sales
**Candidate based on the East Coast of the United States**
In this role, you will focus on data collection and analysis of sales, marketing, and business activities to create and implement strategic growth plans to increase sales and market share. You will lead and develop the channel management team, holding them accountable for exceeding revenue and profitability goals. By utilizing strategic analysis, you will identify areas for improvement in client penetration, brand awareness, and comprehensive project sales. Operational focus for the role includes ongoing development of Sales Portal CRM and other service projects to deliver efficiencies for sales team and clients. Building collaborative relationships with clients and key business partners is essential to gain loyalty and provide the exceptional experience and service that the firm's brand demands.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience
- Minimum of 10+ years sales leadership experience within a luxury brand, multi-unit experience required
- Interior Design experience/exposure with good knowledge of Waterworks client base
- Consultative sales experience with strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
- Proven history of using analytics to drive account and sales management
- Strong people leader with proven ability in team accountability, leadership and coaching
- Ability to take charge, drive for results and make sound decisions quickly
- Excellent prioritization and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross functional environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence decentralized organizations
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Desire to grow within the company, including possible cross functional or alternate channel leadership roles
