Architecture & Design Sales Manager
Miami, FL | Remote in South Florida Territory

Key Responsibilities

• Pursue daily outreach to the architecture and design community in the assigned area
• Develop and nurture business relationships with Architects and Designers while maintaining existing accounts
• Identify business opportunities to generate large volume projects
• Conduct product presentations and lunch & learns in the most professional manner
• Support store events and attend networking opportunities, trade shows, etc.
• Supervise the specification and purchasing process from initial quote to delivery; intercept potential issues and propose solutions in a timely and effective manner
• Service select Contract dealers and other purchasing entities
• Maintain and update CRM database with project information, visit report, and client contact database
• Help store sales staff ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the store: assist customers in person or over the phone and make sure product display and visual marketing are of the highest standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 3-7+ years of outside sales experience serving the Architecture & Design community.
• Experience within luxury furnishings, architectural products, textiles, lighting, flooring, surfaces, hospitality FF&E, or other specification-driven product categories strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, hospitality firms, contract dealers, and developers throughout the Miami and South Florida market.
• Experience utilizing CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated success in developing new business while managing existing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the specification sales cycle and commercial design process.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of A&D sales, business development, or product specification experience in the luxury design or building products sector

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow sales across your territory for furniture, lighting, fabrics, and wallpapers

Experience & Qualifications

Project Manager | Architecture and Design Industry
Location: Greater Atlanta, GA Market
Working Style: Based in Atlanta - Ability to travel to project sites (up to 50% travel)

The Project Manager's primary responsibility is to manage, execute, and complete jobs to the highest standards of customer service after they have been sold by the Design & Sales Consultant. The PM will own the project once it has been converted to an order and a project launch is conducted. The PM will also be responsible for developing and maintaining builder relationships through excellent communication and ongoing top-level service during and between active projects.

Key role responsibilities 

• Collaborate with Design & Sales Consultants as well as Sales Coordinators to have mutually beneficial Project Launches and assist with successful communication of important project details to set proper customer expectations.
• Review proposals created by the Project & Design Services department for accuracy before presenting to the client.
• Follow and communicate any necessary changes regarding the materials and/or change orders.
• Communicate with the client and the internal team on important dates and events during the job cycle.
• Keep track of job materials such as refinished materials, sinks, reserved slabs, sealer, special adhesives, etc.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors at job sites on progress and key dates to ensure the job site is ready for template/install and that timelines are up to date.
• Keep accurate records on correspondence, back charges, change orders, extra work orders, and daily logs.
• Follow proper billing procedures and notify SPC and the accounting department when jobs are complete and ready for billing.
• Keep the Director of Projects and Technical Services aware of job progress and any problems that may occur.
• Make visits to job sites for control and knowledge of the job's progress. This includes templates as well as installations.
• Attend meetings with the general contractors/clients and/or owners as required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience in a similar position in lieu of the degree
• 3-5 Years of successful project management experience
• Stone industry experience is a big plus

• Computer proficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development for corporate workplace interior projects from programming through installation
• Translate client goals, workplace strategy, and brand identity into innovative design solutions
• Develop space planning concepts, design presentations, and material narratives
• Produce and review drawing sets and technical documentation (AutoCAD-based)
• Select and specify furniture, finishes, materials, and lighting solutions

• Distributor Management: Build sales and manage relationships across an extensive distributor network daily. Encourage stocking levels, train and travel with distributor sales teams, update sample libraries, provide pricing, strategize to win projects, and work with independent reps and groups to enhance sales.
• Specification Selling: Drive sales by gaining specifications for materials. Present materials to design firms, educate designers and fabricators on the best material choices.
• Team Leadership: Be a sales leader within the company, take a supervisory role with the Sales and Customer Service Team, provide solutions to customer issues, train and mentor the sales team, and independent reps.
• Market Strategy: Develop sales strategies, analyze markets, and encourage new material directions. Work with the design team, purchasing, production, and all areas of business to support the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years selling specified building and design materials, ideally designer metals within the commercial interiors market.
• Experience selling these materials through distribution preferred.
• Established relationships and knowledge of building material distributors, interior design firms, and fabrication and millwork businesses.
• Ability to travel up to 40% nationally to support distributors and their sales teams, attend industry trade shows, and designer events.
• Willingness to work in person at offices in Easthampton, MA.

We're seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Wholesale Area Sales Manager who thrives on building lasting partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and driving measurable sales growth. In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, customer service, and international teams while serving as a trusted advisor to an established network of premium dealers.

What You'll Do

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Providing excellent client services & sales results
• Daily support to the selected partners of the multi-brands representing
• Reaching the yearly business plan revenues and profitability targets for his/her territory
• Optimizing the multi-brands geographic presence, opening new partners, when possible
• Guarantee excellent product displays at the partners' stores, in line with the visual merchandising guidelines of the brands
• Introducing new product ranges to existing and new clients
• Training the partners' and dealers' sales force
• Developing and maintaining sales forecasts to enable the company to analyze market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 6–10+ years of successful outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Experience working within the luxury furniture, interior design, architectural products, or high-end building materials industry strongly preferred.
• Experience managing dealer, distributor, or wholesale sales channels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms; experience with AutoCAD, CATIA, or SolidWorks is a plus.
• Strong understanding of territory planning, business development, and account management.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, with occasional national and international travel.
• Spanish and/or Italian language skills are considered an asset.
